Details

• Knowledge of programme development, implementation and reporting
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft office products, Microsoft excel, email and proficient use of the internet.
• Good Understanding of current affairs and National and International Framework on Human Rights.
• Good knowledge of community engagement and training facilitation skills
• Good Understanding of Community Development Challenges
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate in Local Languages of Kogi State such as Igala and Ebira will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Qualifications in any of the social sciences, humanities or relevant field with a strong foundation in development programming preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related role
