    Business Analyst (Entry Level)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst to help our clients improve their day-to-day operations, marketing/sales, people management and financial management challenges.
    • The Business Analyst will be required to assist project leads undertake projects on behalf of the client's business.
    • The ideal candidate will be expected to have a broad sense of the many facets of business, marketing and project management.
    • The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with engagement leads to organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (business process improvement, business plan writing, marketing planning, recruiting, payroll, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client's requirements
    • Attend meetings with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
    • Work with business consultants in identifying issues, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions, and helping to implement change.
    • Develop and execute research plans and activities
    • Develop reports and presentation slides as assigned by engagement leads and superiors

    Requirements

    • We seek highly motivated people with outstanding academic credentials, minimum of a B.Sc./ B.A Degree, First-Class or Second Class Upper division in any discipline.
    • At least 0-1 year of working experience in any industry but must have completed NYSC.
    • A strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership. Prior part-time business experience in jobs requiring analytical or problem-solving work is helpful, and an aptitude for numbers and analysis is important.
    • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
