 Purpose of role
To ensure optimum service support in all areas relating to IT in the organization and to be the point of contact for members of staff on issues relating to technology and IT facilities.

 Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization Collate client-specific intelligence and map out ways of relating with them.
• Install and configure computer systems
• Diagnose hardware, software and network faults
• Solve technical and applications problems

Qualifications & Skills

• First Degree in any numerate or computer Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Network and system administration; Good understanding of office365 exchange, Microsoft server administration, cisco switching and routing, voip.
• Relevant certifications is mandatory e.g CCNA,CCNP and MCSE or MCP
• Database administration is essential
