Job Description
Role Overview
The Regional Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining Client relationships to generate revenue according to the strategic plans of the business. He/She will be responsible for the region’s financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate/business related discipline or its equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and business development.
• Numerical competence and good research and analytical skills
• Satisfactory knowledge of Investment and Portfolio Management

The role requires a vibrant individual with an impressive track record in exceeding assigned targets (Sales and Marketing). Should be flexible, adaptive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
