Job Description
- Responsible for performing network optimization and network audit to meet customer requirements.
- Be applicable for design & optimization of RAN (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
- Focus on executing audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.
- Should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to company requirements and customer contracts.
- Provide an optimization solution for LTE and trace the solution to complete with operators.
- Design and plan wireless site for network with simulation tool (added advantage).
- New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support.
- Familiar with radio planning tool and optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in radio planning & optimization
- Minimum of 3 years experience on 5G ZTE and 5 years of 4G
- Hands on ZTE vendor algorithm & tools, NetNuman, NetMax
- Capable of carrying out KPIs analysis and optimization
- Complaints handling
- Drive test log files analysis
