Job Description

• Responsible for performing network optimization and network audit to meet customer requirements.
• Be applicable for design & optimization of RAN (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
• Focus on executing audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.
• Should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to company requirements and customer contracts.
• Provide an optimization solution for LTE and trace the solution to complete with operators.
• Design and plan wireless site for network with simulation tool (added advantage).
• New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support.
• Familiar with radio planning tool and optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience in radio planning & optimization
• Minimum of 3 years experience on 5G ZTE and 5 years of 4G
• Hands on ZTE vendor algorithm & tools, NetNuman, NetMax
• Capable of carrying out KPIs analysis and optimization
• Complaints handling
• Drive test log files analysis
