ROLE MISSION STATEMENT

The Quality Assurance lead is responsible and assures consistent quality of operational data delivery by developing and implementing automated assurance practices, systems, validating processes and providing documentation, evaluation and reports on all assigned market research projects commissioned by all Kantar Brands (KTNS, KMB, KWP, KP).Working with WA Quality assurance and compliance team to Implement of standards (such as ISO, GDCS).

• Ensuring Quality Assurance across value chain (operations),
• Ensuring minimum % of quality control across all the projects commissioned to KO
• Compliance and conformance to regional / global/ Kantar/ industry best practices
• Data Quality / Consistent delivery
• Client Satisfaction

• Solid experience in compliance, process audit, data based quality analysis or similar
• Knowledge of Market Research process, data collection methodologies
