Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customer
- Take all details needed for the order
- Give prices (with the help from supervisor/manager)
- Up selling for both services and stationary section
- Report to Supervisor
- Client enquiry & feedback
- Updating data collected on a soft copy (excel sheet)
- Reply e-mails if supervisor/Asst Mgr not present
- Answering the phones after two rings
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of OND with 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
Skills:
- Excellent MS office skills especially MS Word and excel
- Excellent communication via email
- Report writing
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to implement plans and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan and execute plans
Other:
- Professional Certification in a Computer related course is an added advantage
