    Front Line/ Customer Service Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Welcome customer
    • Take all details needed for the order
    • Give prices (with the help from supervisor/manager)
    • Up selling for both services and stationary section
    • Report to Supervisor
    • Client enquiry & feedback
    • Updating data collected on a soft copy (excel sheet)
    • Reply e-mails if supervisor/Asst Mgr not present
    • Answering the phones after two rings

    Educational Qualification

    • Minimum of OND with 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar industry

    Skills:

    • Excellent MS office skills especially MS Word and excel
    • Excellent communication via email
    • Report writing
    • Problem solving ability
    • Ability to implement plans and instructions
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to plan and execute plans

    Other:

    • Professional Certification in a Computer related course is an added advantage
