Business Development Executive at Box and Cedar

Job Description:

• Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaign
• Develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing plan
• Identify and develop market penetration strategy.
• Negotiate benefits packages with prospective clients.
• Promote the company as a brand of choice.
• Grow and sustain market share of the company.
• Promote the company’s public relations agenda.
• Participate in benefit package development.
• Coordinate and participate in products promotional programmes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the marketing activities. 

Minimum Qualification:

• B.Sc/HND in any field. 

Knowledge & Skills:

•  Prior experience in HMO marketing/Business Development will be of advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass set targets.
• Creative and ability to work without supervision.
