The PO leads the core implementation of activities through mobilizing of volunteers, materials and other resources to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved within the set timeframe.

S/He reports to the Program Manager

Core Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Develops, plans and leads implementation of activities in line with program plan
• Responsible for Mobilizing resources (logistics) including volunteers for project implementation
• Ensuring that activities are carried out within set time-frame and is achieving set objectives
• First-line contact for Volunteers, partners and community members of APYIN
• Responsible for developing narrative reports for activities, including meetings, and ensuring that same are transmitted to points of needs within specied time-frame
• Liaises with M&E Officer in ensuring that results of monitoring and evaluation are applied in Projects and Activities
• Liaises with Finance officer in ensuring Value For Money is applied in Projects and ActivitiesQualification:

Qualification

B. Sc. or its equivalent in Health or Social Sciences

A minimum of 3 years experience on HIV programs (Experience in young people related program is an added advantage

• Awareness of policies and guidelines on HIV and young people in Nigeria
• Proficiency in Computer and modern communication devices and media
• Capacity to manage diverse interests, including donors, partners and Board Members
• Not more than 30 years of age at date of application
