Overall Function

• Ensures that sales targets at retail outlets are met and that all retail outlets have the required resources to meet these targets.

The Role

• Direct and coordinate activities involving retail business.
• Develop a clear strategy for the optimum performance of the retail business.
• Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers.
• Direct selling of various products.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of retail
• Sales efforts.
• Follow-up on leads of high net worth individuals
• High-level relationship management.

Job Requirement
A suitable candidate must:

• Have a Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Sales or Distribution department of a similar organisation
• Have Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a Social Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related discipline is required
• MBA or related Master's degree is desirable
