Requirements
Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Real Estate attorneys to join our ranks with:

• Strong experience in commercial leasing including drafting & negotiating, extension & renewal, renovation, amendments and termination agreements
• A dept drafting and negotiating skills for a variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to brokerage agreements, estoppels and construction agreements
• Experience in real estate development, finance, and general real estate matters including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, assisting in real estate financing, managing outside counsel, and advising on general real estate issues such as zoning and leasing
• 7+ years of experience with excellent academic and law firm credentials
