    State Program Coordinator

    The State Program Coordinator is part of the zonal management team for FHI Nigeria. in a decentralized country management structure and forms part of the strategic team that directs the operations of FHI Nigeria in assigned states. H/She is responsible for program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the interventions implemented by FHI and its partners in the assigned state. H/She is accountable for judicious use of all resources entrusted with FHI and its partners in the assigned state. H/She will work with the state implementation team and technical specialists in relevant departments to establish and execute a capacity development plan for enabling them to provide assistance to the states, LGAs and IAs for effective program planning, implementation and monitoring of programs. As well as provide overall supervision for all SIDHAS state office staff and ensure compliance with technical. programmatic, contractual and financial requirements set by FHI and its donors. 

    Minimum Recruitment Standards: 

    • BSc in public healtn, business administration,·health sciences, behavioral sciences or recognized equivalents with 7 - 9 years of relevant experience with international development programs.  

    • Or MSc. in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5 - 7 years relevant experience with international development programs. 

    • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
