    Operations Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Coordinate the operation team activities.
    • Assign work to team members
    • Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
    • Manage the administrative staff and train new hires on office policies and procedures
    • Follow up with clients
    • Prepare departmental report
    • Follow up and attend to all operations issues.
