    TMS Client Services Administrator

    Job Description

TMS has been awarded a global contract to provide POS display services and is recruiting for its Client Services team. For the right individual, this position offers a great opportunity to launch a career in a rapidly growing company.

    Overview

    • The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for support of the Client Services team, performing day-to-day administrative tasks including:
    • System updates
    • Supplier communication
    • Progress chasing
    • General administration duties
    • Filing/samples support etc.
    • Distribution, freight and customs support
    The Client Services Administrator will effectively manage the expectations and service requirements of a number of stakeholders, including colleagues, external customers and vendors.
    The role is varied with daily activities changing to reflect the requirements of our customers and the team.
    A versatile, positive and energetic individual is sought who can work equally well on an independent basis or as part of a team.
    A good communicator, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.

    Experience of:

    • Working in an office environment
    • Managing multiple tasks
    • Co-ordinating the requirements of others
    • Previous experience in delivering against tight deadlines
    • May have worked in a Customer Service environment in a previous role.
    • You will be incredibly well organised, the type of person who appears un-phased and in control no matter what is thrown at you. You’ll provide great support to the team and your personality will shine through in all that you do.
