Job Description

• Reporting to the Group CEO, the appointee will be primarily responsible for managing and growing the business.
• He will drive the development and implementation of the strategic plan, and the annual business and financial plans, ensuring consultation with all stakeholders of the individual units in consultation with the Board.
• The appointee will steer and direct the Company's operations to ensure the attainment of both operational and financial budgets.

Requirements

• Suitable candidates for this position will be graduates of Engineering, or Finance preferably with a Master's in Business Administration, preferably marketing option.
• The appointee will have not less than Fifteen (15) years experience in the manufacturing industry.
• The preferred candidate will currently be functioning in a similar rote as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, or Managing Director.
