Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, ACA is an added advantage
• Must have about 10 years continuous working experience
• Must be working in a reputable organization in the same capacity
• Proven experience in performing similar assignments for a minimum of 5 years
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Exceptional communication and team member development skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, demonstrate professionalism and proactively escalate issues along with recommendations for successful resolution
• Decision making competence
