The Regional General Manager will lead and manage all operational activities for IHS in the Region, providing strategic and operational leadership to the technology and associated support functions. The position will work closely with both direct and matrix leadership teams to ensure that financial and growth objectives are met.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the region to support achievement of the organization’s objective. The role will also engage with regulatory authorities and represent the company on regulatory / legal issues that exists within the region. The GM, Regional Operations will also provide inspirational leadership to employees internally and act as an ambassador for IHS externally.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of telecommunications colocation sector, and significant experience in team management. They will also have strong interpersonal, finance and business skills
