• Initiate the training and development process
• Prepare for training
• Implement the learning process
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training
• Work in team

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Sciences preferably Mechanical or Electrical Electronics
• Diploma in brewing of Institute of Brewing and Distilling will be an added advantage
• 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office package and general documentation
• Good communication skills
