Offtake Supervisor at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions

WRS are looking for an experienced Offtake Supervisor to work for a leading Oil & Gas company within the Nigerian market. The right candidate will have prior experience working internationally, preferably within African locations or similar environments. This position is based in Nigeria on a residential basis and due to this, and the seniority of the position, my client are willing to pay a very attractive salary package.

Job Purpose/ Key Objectives:
The Offtake Supervisor coordinates crude (and gas) evacuation, marketing and accounting interface.
The jobholder will work with technical team to design optimal sales and evacuation solution for all production from assets, support the operations team in scheduling and monitoring of evacuation, assist finance team to design and implement internal/ partner crude accounting processes, and interface with NNPC to ensure all crude reconciliation requirements are met.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Percentage of lost production due to failure to lift.
• Percentage of successful offtake activities vs team projected.
• Strict adherence to Safety, Health, Environment and Security during offtake operation.
• Effective and up-to-date documentation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or any relevant discipline.

Experience

• 4 - 7 years relevant experience working in oil and gas offtake roles.
• Experience working with Marine evacuation.
• Experience interfacing with regulators and stakeholders (NNPC).

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• In depth knowledge of crude oil shipping operations at offshore & onshore terminals.
