Operation Officer at W-Holistic

Job Description
The company creates designs, retail marketing items, brand innovation and other related services for their clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Managing the operations/production unit and co-ordinate all operational activities.
• Coordinating the production team to deliver on all project deliverables in line with clients’ expectations
• Supervising vendors to deliver the best to the clients
• Field inspection, field supervision of projects
• Conducting Market Survey of materials - cost and benefits
• Ensuring that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.

Requirements

• A degree in any relevant discipline
• Two (2) years cognate experience in design and brand marketing

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design tools - coreldraw, photoshop, 3Dmax, Sketchup, Autocad
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of materials such as Acrylic, PVC, Foamboard, Wood, Metal, Aluminium
• Understanding of production materials usage
• Project Management skill
• People management skill
• Interpretation and Design knowledge
• Ability to negotiate
