About the Role

• HelloMe is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and technically skilled 3D Video, Motion Animation & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, video content, visual effects, graphic designs, and digital creative assets that strengthen the HelloMe brand and support our marketing, product, customer engagement, and business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3D modelling and animation, motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, visual storytelling, typography, illustration, and digital content production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work.
• The role will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Technology, Business Development, and Operations teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual content for social media, digital advertising, websites, mobile applications, product demonstrations, campaigns, presentations, and other digital and print platforms.
• The successful candidate must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have hands-on experience with 3D design and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• The candidate should also be capable of taking a project from concept development and storyboarding through design, animation, video production, editing, visual effects, and final delivery, while maintaining consistency with HelloMe's brand identity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Animation

• Create high-quality 3D models, animations, illustrations, characters, objects, environments, and visual assets for digital campaigns and brand communication.
• Develop 3D animations for product demonstrations, advertisements, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging 3D visualizations that simplify complex products, services, processes, and financial concepts.
• Develop realistic or stylized 3D scenes, lighting, textures, materials, camera movements, and animation sequences.
• Create 3D motion graphics and visual effects that enhance marketing and product communication.
• Render high-quality 3D animations and optimize assets for web, mobile, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistency in 3D assets with HelloMe's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create professional motion graphics, animated advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, product videos, and promotional content.
• Develop animations using typography, illustrations, icons, graphics, images, video, sound, and visual effects.
• Create animated logos, titles, transitions, lower thirds, infographics, and other branded motion assets.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling concepts that communicate messages clearly and effectively.
• Create storyboards and animation concepts before production.
• Apply appropriate timing, transitions, pacing, sound effects, music, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of videos.
• Develop motion design templates and reusable creative assets for recurring campaigns.

Video Production & Editing

• Plan, produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for digital platforms.
• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final productions.
• Perform video cutting, transitions, colour correction, sound editing, effects, compositing, and post-production.
• Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Produce product demonstration videos, promotional videos, educational content, corporate videos, campaign videos, and social media content.
• Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for different platforms and screen sizes.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

• Develop creative graphic designs for digital and print applications.
• Design social media graphics, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, flyers, thumbnails, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
• Create visual concepts based on design briefs and marketing objectives.
• Develop layouts, typography, colour schemes, illustrations, and visual compositions.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all HelloMe communication channels.
• Create designs that are suitable for mobile, tablet, desktop, web, and print formats.
• Develop visual assets that support product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate communications.

Creative Concept Development & Storyboarding

• Translate creative briefs, business objectives, and marketing requirements into compelling visual concepts.
• Develop creative ideas, mood boards, storyboards, visual references, and production plans.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
• Develop concepts that communicate complex financial technology and product information in a simple and engaging manner.
• Present creative concepts to relevant stakeholders for review and approval.
• Refine designs and concepts based on feedback while maintaining the original creative objective.

Digital & Social Media Content

• Create engaging visual content specifically designed for social media platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, animated posts, stories, thumbnails, GIFs, and other social media assets.
• Adapt creative assets to different platform specifications, dimensions, and formats.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support the development of visual content calendars and campaign creative assets.
• Monitor emerging visual trends, animation styles, content formats, and social media creative trends.

Product & UI Visual Assets

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to create visual assets for websites, mobile applications, product launches, and product demonstrations.
• Develop animated product walkthroughs and demonstrations.
• Create visual assets that support user education and product adoption.
• Prepare responsive creative assets suitable for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
• Work with designers and developers to ensure that visual assets are technically suitable for digital implementation.
• Use tools such as Figma or Adobe XD where required to support digital design workflows.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and other internal teams to understand creative requirements.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate creative deliverables from concept through final production.
• Receive, interpret, and execute creative briefs accurately.
• Manage revisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback professionally.
• Maintain proper organization of project files, source files, assets, and final deliverables.
• Follow appropriate file naming, version control, backup, and asset management practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Film Production, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D animation, motion graphics, video production, or a closely related creative role.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating 3D animation, motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, visual effects, and digital content creation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with at least one professional 3D software package, such as: Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max and other comparable 3D software
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and compositing.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics principles, including timing, transitions, typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of graphic design principles, colour theory, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/digital design tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative and design tools is an advantage.
• Experience working with Cross Boarder FinTech, Banking, Technology, Digital Products, or Financial Services brands is an advantage.
