Project Mechanical Engineer

Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years’ experience working on complex projects such as high rise building, factories, hotels etc.
- A thorough understanding of Nigerian and British building codes,ASHRAE standards.
- Competence to prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)specifications designs, Plumbing; fire fighting; lift; systems designs and construction drawings.
- BOQ and Site supervision experience.
- Proficient using Revit and Autocad
- You must also be registered with NSE and be COREN certified.
