IT Asset Management (Team lead/ Senior Analyst / Analyst) at Enabled Solutions

Job Details

• Provide support seven (7) days a week between the following hours: Week day: 7:30 am - 5:0 pm Weekend & Public Holiday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm when required
• Follow up on IT orders with Vendors and COMPANY Procurement group
• Maintain databases of all IT assets in the Area
• Perform inventory of all IT assets and update the databases when needed
• Receive all IT orders and ensure that what is on purchase order agrees with items received
• Maintain the Software and Hardware stores in the Area
• Assist IT Asset Team Lead with the Close-out of AFEs
• Handle installation / distribution of PCs and related equipment
• Manage IT off-site stores
• Backup tape handling including loading and unloading from tape library, transmission to and from offsite tape storage locations, periodic tape inventory
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by IT Asset Management Team Lead and the Area Services Manager.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience for team lead, 2 years relevant experience for Senior Analyst/ 1 year experience which may have been acquired during NYSC or Internships for Analysts
• Relevant first or second Degree, e.g. B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science (Second Class, Lower Division minimum)
• At least one of relevant professional certifications (e.g.CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP, CCNE, ACCA, ICAN, ANA, ICSAN etc.).
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Minimum Education: B.Sc/B.A
• Experience: 1-3 year(s)
