Supply Chain Manager at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions

Work for a successful large mining group with a clear path for growth within the business. This role requires you to lead the supply chain team: with the direction of all purchase, storage and distribution activities. The role is based in West Africa on a FIFO basis to Point of hire

Must be
-Extensively experienced in Supply Chain Management / Management of Materials
-Experienced leading a team, training and developing
-Experienced in the mining industry and associated materials
-Knowledge of material processing
-Experience of working outside of home country / exposure to different cultures and customs
-A cost and budget master

Your key duties will include
-Provide leadership to the procurement team
-Ensure employees and contractors adhere to safety and environmental standards
-Develop, implement and audit procedures
-Ensuring the timely provision of materials of the right quality are provided to customers at the lowest cost.

Package
FIFO roster 8 weeks on site & negotiable salary paid in USD.
