    Technical Project Manager

    Job Description

    • A technical project manager is a professional who oversees the work of a technical team, while considering business management aspects.
    • The individual has to make sure that team members work on the project, as per the set schedule, with expenses being below the budget. A technical PM must possess strong project management skills and experience.
    • The TPM oversees the software Project life-cycle methodology and ensures quality assurance standards. Experience in the Telco industry is a must.

    Requirements
    The following are skills and experiences required:

    • Understands Operating Support Systems (OSS)
    • Understands Business Support Systems (BSS)
    • Understands Core Network and required integration with downstream applications periodic activities:
    • Facilitate all Project.
    • Must possess Project Management Professional Certification.
    • Possess Business Management skills
    • Possess Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Decision-making skills
    • Interpersonal skills and
    • Leadership qualities

    Below are other areas we look for:

    • Coordinate and Manage team member, Roles Function
    • Create Team Charter, Project plan and Budget sheet
    • Manage and allocate project budget as needed
    • Review business requirement with the business leaders and seek for approval with Management
    • Strong Project Management Leadership
    • Review business requirement with the business leaders and seek for approval with Management
    • Perform the following meetings
    • Create and Present Project status reports to Management
    • Manage Issues and Risks
    • Manage the project budget
    • Attend Project Steering Committee meetings
    • Ensure proper line of communication between project team, vendors and Management.
