Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Plan, schedule, and provide work directions at unit level based on the urgency, economical consideration and workforce availability
- Supervise or lead process-related technical studies to improve operability, conduct de-bottlenecking, minimize loss, and enhance energy efficiencies
- Supervise or lead technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents or troubles working with other relevant departments to identify root causes and propose recommendations
- Review and approve process-related technical procedures, SOPs. Ensure the procedures are properly implemented.
- Review and approve MOC (Management of Change) and ensure proper risk assessments are implemented before the execution.
- Liaise with HR function to plan staffing requirements, conduct performance reviews of subordinates, and finalize staff development program to further enhance individual potential performance
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Process Engineering Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Additional qualifications from a professional body are desirable.
- Affiliation/member with nationally recognized professional body; if applicable
- Degree/Qualification in related course or other equivalent experience, plus minimum of 8years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas (Construction, Engineering, Offshore sectors etc.) or relevant sectors
