Responsibilities
Include but not limited to the following:

• Manage the public relations department.
• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of our clients and the company
• Prepare and publish newsletters for the company and upload content to our blogs
• Respond to information queries from the media and the general public.
• Write press releases and provide media kits
• Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives
• Compile comprehensive information about the company for the media
• Manage communications budgets.

Requirements
Candidates for this position must possess the following qualities:

• Ability to make and evaluate judgments
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to supervise subordinates and cascade knowledge, (to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments)

Other Requirements

• Candidate must have Seven (7) years cognate experience in Brand management, Concept development and Client service and also a minimum of BA/B.Sc in Mass Communication or equivalent in any relevant field of study.
