Job Description

• The Head, Finance and Accounts will be responsible for the development of a financial and operational strategy with metrics tied to the company strategy/objectives.

Other duties shall include:

• Develop and monitor control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Design processes and policies for unit
• Develop, train, supervise and evaluate departmental staff
• Manage general accounting functions
• Manage consolidation of multiple currencies and countries
• Manage budgets and develop monthly financial and operating forecast
• Manage budgets and provide estimates for multiple currencies and countries
• Manage and implement corporate governance
• Perform tax administration and planning
• Cash flow management / cash position
• Provide regular financial reporting
