Job Description

• Implement financial policies and procedures
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Establish and maintain cash controls
• Establish and maintain supplier accounts
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Monitor cash reserves and investments
• Processes Ensure data.
• Maintain the purchase order system.
• Supplier invoices is entered into the system Ensure transactions are properly recorded and Prepare income.
• Entered into the computerized accounting system statements
• Prepare balance sheets
• Compile source documents.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable
• Issue receipts.
• Reconcile weekly deposits

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Not more than 28 years old by December 2015
