The COOP is an exciting, large scale DFID funded cash transfers programme.
The Cash Transfers Coordinator will provide technical support to the design, implementation and monitoring of the programme at State and-Lfl A levels.
Qualification: Educated to degree standard, preferable in a discipline such as
social sciences, geography, anthropology or other discipline relevant to urban/rural livelihoods. Substantial experience of relief or development / extension work with rural communities. Demonstrated experience planning and managing cash transfer and food security programmes. Knowledge and experience of project development, monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the area of cash transfers and / or food security.
