Business Development Manager at TL First

Job Description

• You will manage our business development team across Lagos and Abuja, linking back to the head office in London.
• You will design and implement strong methodology and processes to drive the implementation of our Transformation and Leadership programmes.
• Your work will also include providing strategy and technical support to the Group Managing Director and our Consultants.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business and marketing experience, combined with good analytical skills.
• The post is primarily based in Abuja, but require frequent travels to Lagos and occasional travel to Ghana India and UK.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a good Bachelor and Masters degrees, with sufficient credible experience in the job applied for.
