Role Summary/Purpose:   

• FSE Development Program is established with the goal of fulfilling our commercial talent pipeline for future growth. It targets to bring in energetic, ambitious and hardworking early talents, provides them with intensive development programs to equip them with the followings:

Essential Responsibilities:

• 3 challenging assignments in 2-year-time, providing exposure to Aviation Technical and Commercial functions with opportunities to work in Dubai and other exciting locations.
• 3 modules training plan, a combination of robust technical and leadership classrooms as well as abundant on-line learning curriculum
• Engineering projects: to learn and practice commercial problem solving skills within a given time frame and contribute to the real business challenges of engine operation and durability in hot region; also an opportunity to be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Qualifications/Requirements:    

• Graduates with less than 2 years of working experience, major in Aviation Engineering, Aviation Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent English, both in writing and verbal communications
• Quick learner, high adaptability, optimistic and hardworking
• Taking initiatives and strongly self-motivated
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required.
• Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Nigeria
