• Selling all travel products, destinations and operators, face to face, via telephone or via email
• Delivering the highest standard of customer service
• Liaising with repeat, new and recommended clients, servicing their needs at the highest standards
• Booking travel arrangements, packages, tailor-made and travel itineraries and Luxury Travel
• Spending time to ensure the perfect travel arrangements are made for your client
• Booking all products and destinations
• Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience and knowledge
• Working well as a team player, and alone
