    Maintenance/Technical Manager

    Job Description:    

    • Experience in maintaining Production equipment including Bakery, Butchery & Kitchen equipments.
    • Experience in maintaining refrigeration – Freezers and Chillers & air conditioning plants & Cold rooms.
    • Should have competent knowledge of Electrical installations & panels, Generators & other allied equipments

     

    Key Skills:    

    Experience in handling the maintenance department in a Retail Store Chains/ Food Processing plant/Restaurants/Hotels/Food Courts/etc.
