Job description

• Create and implement a motivated maintenance and manufacturing department.
• Continuous drive for efficiency improvement through hands on management of Manufacturing.
• Proactively participate within the Nigeria Management Team.
• Proactively maintain a good cooperation with corporate M&E, local R&D department and other functions of the company.
• Advise the Managing Director on technical investments (Economical, investments, safety, manufacturing, environmental and technical).
• To secure a well trained and motivated staff
• Facilitate the best possible cost of production focused on cost price, production efficiency.
• Advise the General Manager on any possible improvements in Nigeria factory (Economical, investments, safety, manufacturing, environmental and technical).
• Evaluate, manage and control investment and maintain budgets.
• Minimize scarp and wastages.
• Implement and maintain international standards (ISO, HACCP).
• Secure production in correct timing, cost, quantity and quality.
• Guarantee adequate production reporting on the company’s Nigeria Management.

Prerequisites (minimum requirement)
Bachelor of Engineering ( BEng or BE) - Second Class Upper
Bachelor of Science (BSc) - Second Class Upper
10 - 15 years
