Requirements

• Good knowledge of slickline and completion services
• Minimum of 7 years in same role spent in a major oil servicing company providing same service
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite
• The ability to work as part of team and lead independently
• Relevant Vocational Trainings are mandatory or Technology/Technical courses
• Certifications in line with position will be an added advantage.
• Ability to train and develop junior Engineers and technicians
• Ability to handle routine and preventive maintenance of all operational tools
• Experience in writing field reports: reports on equipments and jobs
• Experience in keeping inventory of parts and materials used for operations
