    Digital Project Manager

    Job description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for digital project management across mobile and desktop websites for our clients and being the ‘technical guru’ to fix any bugs, manage upgrades, analyse campaign and traffic performance.

    The candidate will also be involved in evaluating campaign performance, campaign optimization, content management, integrating systems and technologies across CMS systems while using analytics for tracking and gleaning customer insight to deliver on conversion goals.

    He/she will be

    • Responsible for Digital project Operations across multiple channels and technologies
    • Responsible for the design and maintaining of technology, website, intranet and application platforms.
    • Responsible for Online campaign performance and goals across all media channels.
    • Communicate project progress to key stakeholders such  as Account Service
    • Ensure design is in line with the user experience, usability and best practice.
    • Key in developing systems, interfaces and integrating new technologies.
    • Ensure all platforms are mobile and Search optimised.
    • Work with APIs to integrate systems and data.
    • Manage user acceptance testing and browser compatibility optimisation.
    • Ensure technology developed is in line with brand guidelines .
    • Monitor and support performance.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    The candidate must be digital native and stay abreast of digital and market trends. He/she must

    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Adwords technologies
    • An understanding of programmatic media buying or experience with Trading Desks or Ads Exchanges
    • Strong Search Engine Optimization experience.
    • An understanding of programmatic media buying and Demand Sided Platforms will be added advantage.
    • HTML5, CSS , Flash Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
    • Strong capabilities working with Content Management Systems- WordPress.
    • Knowledge of Ecommerce web applications and open source platforms 
    • Experience of mobile application development frameworks and technology HTML, CSS ,flash Photoshop and Dreamweaver
    • Knowledge and application of W3C web standards.
    • Understanding of browser compatibility issues.
    • Experience of maintaining and testing online platforms and interfacing systems.
    • Demonstrate experience of producing documentation and bug fixing methods.
    • Understanding of usability  and UX techniques.
    • A strong understanding of SEO.
    • Understanding of design principles for the design focused roles (colour, layout etc)
    • Understanding of website accessibility.
