Security Manager at Wakanow

• Maintain an appropriate record of access control activities/resources
• Coordinate activities to ensure that all security procedures for the protection of company personnel/visitors and company assets, information, property and business operations activities.
• Supervise the flow of information on radio and telephone network and implement appropriate action.
• Manage all emergency responses.
• Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with AR team and Nigerian Police).
• Guard track analysis of clocking pipes.
• Ensure that control room staff and process provide the security department with the highest standard of 24/7 coordination.
• Act as a radio operator and control room operator
• Managing and beefing up guard strength.
• Monitoring CCTV from the Control Room
•  Surveillance of security breaches within the building.
• Preparing and taking incidence report.
• Security and safety management.
• Fleet management and asset tracking using Geotab and Teltonika software.
• Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with AR team and Nigerian Police).

QUALIFICATION:
• 5-7 years of experience working as a Security Manager/Officer
• Bachelor’s Degree – mandatory
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Results oriented, attention to detail; strategic thinker
• Honest and ethical; team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must possess a Calm, mature and courteous disposition
