The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the workforce in a manufacturing environment
Establishing an effective appraisal and performance evaluation process that will cut across departments for optimal result in the organisation.
Identifying human capital needs through analysis, competency requirements, manning requirements and structure
Applying modern and dynamic approach to HR management and making HR a Business Partner.
Education: First degree in Personnel Management or other Social Science/Art disciplines
Experience:
At least 6 years work experience with 4 years experience in Personnel Management from a manufacturing firm
