Job Description
- Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
- General housekeeping and super seeing
- Taking inventories of household cooking and food items
- Reports shortages and make replacement of equipment or food items
- Washing, cleaning and general maintenance
- Cooking of Intercontinental dishes
Qualifications
- A minimum of SSCE
- Mature and Smart
- Good communication skills
- Polite and personable
- Experience in cooking intercontinental dishes
