Senior Database Administrator at Neptune Software

The successful candidate will head a DBA team responsible for designing, installing, supporting and tuning mission critical, high availability and large scale databases. The minimum requirements/qualifications for this role are:

•     A good degree in computer science or any of the engineering disciplines
•     4 years experience and background in Oracle database administration
•     Proficient in installation, storage management and implementing backup strategies
•     Expert in Oracle database performance tuning
•     Good at implementing automation using scripts
•     Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
•     Good oral and written communications skills
•     Very good leadership and inter-personal skills
