Job Description

• Provide technical support in planning and executing assigned projects.
• Provide guidance to other Process Engineers when required.
• Coordinate with manager in determination of project manpower, timelines and budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completions.
• Serve as technical consultant for management and customers.
• Analyze and implement project scope changes in a timely manner.
• Develop technical specifications and prepare technical papers and reports for management.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure quality and productivity.

Job Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant technical/engineering discipline is essential
• A Chartered engineer with an associated professional affiliation
• Depth and relevant experience in the position of a Senior/ Principal Process engineer
• Technical process engineering experience
• Good English and clear communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good Interviewing Techniques and Skills
• Excellent Coaching and Mentoring
