Job Description

• Understand recruitment needs and resource profiles as identified
• Review resumes and resources to fulfill long-term and short-term resourcing strategies
• Gather and analyze preliminary information on candidates including check references and determining if they are a potential fit for our needs.
• Input and maintain data in database as needed.
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of HR experience would be positively considered
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and other HR technology or systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and client relationship
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong social media presence
