WASH Specialist NOC wiil be accountable for forrnutation. design, planning, Implementing monitonng and evaluation of WASH oroqrarnrne to ensure overan efficiency and effectiveness oftne programme management, delivery and accomplishment of UNICEF programme goals and objectives for the country.
