Job Description
Skills required:

•     Can easily research new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, generate leads, develop sales strategies and undertakes presentations and negotiations to/with prospective customers.
•     Should be able to maintain good business relationships with clients to ensure complete consumer satisfaction.  Should be able to handle varied tasks with excellent problem solving skills.
•     Should be able to convert prospects to qualified lead and close deals within the shortest time in a sales cycle.
•     Should also have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
•     Extensive skill in identifying your target market, its demographics, and its buying and spending habits, so as to focus your marketing and advertising efforts more effectively.
•     Can document client organization’s direction, structure, business processes and requirements effectively. Researches client organization’s industry and competitive position with minimal supervision.
•     Has superior presentation and excellent oral skills. Capacity to formulate effective insights, expectations or courses of action without having all of the facts, and without having performed a complete analysis of the prevailing situation.

Years of Experience:

• 2-4 years or industry-related work experience.
• Several years of experience in an IT company would be preferred.
• Candidate should also be knowledgeable about technology.

Education Level:

• BA/B.Sc is required, MBA from a top school a plus.
