Successful candidates must possess the following:
Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing
3 years’ experience in field sales / trade marketing
Team management experience
Basic Computer Literacy
Job purpose entails:
Overall responsibility for sales in designated geography.
Ensure brand availability and visibility through outlet creation, growth in sales per outlet, stockingand merchandising.
Manage Demand Creators (DC’s) within designated geography to ensure that products move from the retail outlet to end users.
