Job Description:
The project architect will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of a project. This individual will participate in the execution of the design processes.

Responsibilities

•     Responsible for coordinating a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully.
•     Function as a designer on designated projects.
•     Responsible for the progression of schemes from inception to completion.
•     Working alongside the project manager to develop designs and manage various projects.
•     Responsible for project supervision and project management when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

•     Minimum Education level – B.Arch degree.
•     Candidate must possess between 3-5 years of related business experience
•     People and interpersonal skills.
•     Must have good communication skills.
•     Ability to work under very tight deadlines.
•     Time management abilities.
•     Problem solving skills.
