Responsibilities:
Attend to customers on social media platforms (WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK, etc)
Highly proficient at using the WORD, EXCEL & WHATSAPP application of an android or windows platform
Good command of written English
Excellent customer service orientation.
A good team player.
Qualification
OND/HND in any Discipline.
Desired Qualities:
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Able to perform simple calculations.
Able to work in a team.
Eye for details.
Lives close to Ikeja, Lagos.
