Job Description

• Manages the company’s social media accounts
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
• Deliver innovative, and measure the success of social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practice and technologies.
• Work with copywriters, designers, digital marketers, and the sales/marketing department to ensure content is SEO compliant, informative and appealing.
• Work with the marketing department to ensure sales and maximize revenue opportunities/promotions across all brands.
• This role will also deliver off line marketing activity, especially call closing, to achieve set sales targets and overall company goals.
• Be heavily involved with other disciplines across the business in order to ensure an integrated approach.
• Assist the company’s digital marketing team in idea generation, mapping out social budgets and timelines.

Requirements

• Relevant subject 2+ years in Social media, SEO, and delivering digital strategies.
• Very good customer relationship management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Very good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
