Support/Network Engineer (SNE)

• Maintaining, Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the customers (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new solutions and carry out vulnerability test and generate reports with recommendation on these solutions
• Training more junior staff members and Interns, making them ready to assist in the support and service
• Ensure prompt maintenance of Generator and its readiness for operation
